Alive After Five
Held every Wednesday evening, starting June 4th through Sept 10th in 2008, in historic downtown Idaho Falls. Socialize throughout the summer from 5 P.M. to 7:30 P.M at the Civitan Plaza – corner of Park Avenue and ‘B’ Street. Music, fun, food & drinks. Brought to you by the Idaho Falls Civitan Club.
Allan Butler Memorial Bike Race
The annual Allan Butler Memorial Twilight Criterium bike race – Saturday, July 26, 2008 - Held in our Historic Downtown Idaho Falls.

A criteriium is a bicycle race where cyclists compete for the most laps around a closed course within a specified time limit.
Civitan Park
The Idaho Falls Civitan Club along with the IFDDC would like you to be a part of this exciting park. In the center of 'Historic Downtown' is a lovely Plaza w/ stage and seating for future events. YOU can order your personalized paver with your name engraved. This will be placed among many prominent, historical figures that have made our community what it is today!
Cultural District Walk
Held in April each year.
Celebrate a Day of Art and Culture in Historic Downtown Idaho Falls.
Art Galleries, Museum exhibits, hands on art activities, Live concert.

Farmer's Market
Farmer's Market held every Saturday throughout the summer from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. in the Key Bank parking lot. Experience fine local farm foods and crafts.
Great Snake River Greenbelt Duck Race
The “Great Snake River Greenbelt Duck Race” is an annual event which will be on August 9th this year that's sponsored by the Idaho Falls Rotary Club and has raised four million dollars to maintain and improve the Greenbelt. You can buy a duck, win some great prizes and support the greenbelt.

Snake River Roaring Youth Jam
The Snake River Roaring Youth Jam is held the second weekend in August - Thursday, Friday and Saturday, in conjunction with the Duck Race. It is the biggest family arts festival ever to hit Idaho Falls. Organized by the Idaho Falls Arts Council, the "Youth Jam" is three fun filled days of art, theater and music for kids of all ages...and their families too!

Taste of Idaho
Taste of Idaho is an annual event held on the 3rd Thursday of June. Put on by Chamber of Commerce in historic downtown. Experience great music, atmosphere, and the finest culinary arts in the area.
Tree Lighting Ceremony
Held the first Friday in December at the Civitan Plaza Park, where the community sponsors live trees, the Civitan Club strings the trees full of lights, then the local elementary schools decorate the trees with their handmade ornaments, horse & trolley rides, a local ice sculpture, and carolers fill the air and ring in the spirit of Christmas in Historic Downtown.
